Autographed pictures

Another year have gone by, and it was time for the 2005 Galileo7 Star Trek convention. This year I managed to go myself, and get these autographed pictures for my collection.
(click on any of the images to see a larger version of it).

Richard Herd played Admiral Paris in several Voyager episodes, and have played loads of other roles. He's also a member of the Enterprise Blues Band. Scott MacDonald, here seen as Commander Dolim in Enterprise, have also played several roles, mostly as an alien, on Star Trek. Michael Dorn as the Klingon Worf, were a regular in all of The Next Generation, and joined Deep Space 9 in season 4.

Vaughn Armstrong, in all the roles he've played on Star Trek, so far it've been 14!! The most for a single actor. Suzie Plakson have played 4 different characters in Star Trek, here as "Mrs." Q. Casey Biggs who played Damar in Deep Space 9 brought some pictures that Nana Visitor (Major Kira) had signed, and being a fan of her, I had to get me one of those!

I found this picture of Jonathan Frakes (Riker) and Marina Sirtis (Troi) at a dealers stand. Marina Sirtis had already signed it, so I bought it, and had Frakes sign it as well.    The Enterprise Blues Band was started by Vaughn Armstrong. At the convention he was joined by Casey Biggs, Richard Herd, Steve Rankin and William Jones. The above is the inlay from their CD, autographed by all of them.

I added these nine autographs to my collection in 2004
(click on any of the images to see a larger version of it).

Patrick Stewart played Jean Luc Picard in Star Trek: The Next Generation, and in four Star Trek movies so far. Robert O'Reilly was the man behind the Klingon "Gowron" in Star Trek: The Next Generation, and Deep Space Nine Garret Wang, who plays Harry Kim in Star Trek: Voyager

Manu Intiraymi played the Bork child "Icheb" in Star Trek: Voyager Patrick Kilpatrick have had at least three different roles in both Star Trek: Voyager and Deep Space Nine Nana Visitor, the actor who portrayed Kira in Star Trek: Deep Space nine

Rene Auberjonois who plays Odo in Star Trek: Deep Space Nine J. G. Hertzler is the Klingon Martok in Star Trek: Deep Space nine Patty Yasutake alias Nurse Ogawa in Star Trek: The Next Generation

2003 was the year I got my first autographed pictures, and thus beginning of my collection
At conventions most of the actors that show up, have an autograph period where you can go and talk to them, and buy signed pictures (which they often dedicate) of them. Here's the autographed pictures I bought on the convention (click on any of the images to see a larger version of it).

Kate Mulgrew, who plays Captain Janeway in Voyager.
John DeLancie, who plays Q in The Next Generation, Deep Space Nine and Voyager.
Kegan DeLancie, John DeLancie's son, plays Q2 (Q's son) in the Voyager episode Q2.

Denise Crosby played Natasha Yar and Sela in The Next Generation. Chase Masterson who played Leeta in Deep Space Nine. This is the cover from a CD she have released. The Ferengi Family Hour, is a show preformed by three actors from Deep Space Nine, and a member of the staff (Lolita Fatjo).

Larry Nemecek and J. Kelley Burke wrote the  Voyager episode Prophecy, and it was possible to buy a signed copy of it at the convention. Mark Allen Shepherd plays the character Morn on Deep Space Nine. Vaughn Armstrong holds the record of having played most roles on Star Trek, 11 so far.

The auction

They had an auction where it was possible to bid on different items, from signed pictures of the whole cast of The Original Series, to a few props that had been used on the show, like Captain Janeway's communicator (which was very expensive!). I managed to get two items on the auction, one was a autographed picture of J.G. Hertzler as the Klingon Martok in Deep Space Nine. Unfortunately it didn't scan very well, so I can't put it up here for you to look at. The second item I acquired was a synopsis to the Deep Space Nine episode Shadowplay. It contains a two page description of the episode, and a sheet with three pictures from it as well. One of the pictures is signed by Cirroc Lofton, across the character he played on the show (Jake Sisko). Again you can click on the image to view a larger version.
